Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Customers must contact us within 7 days with order details and product images.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.

Returns are not accepted for used or damaged (by misuse) products.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
